Membership Criteria
Women with at least 5 years of professional experience who demonstrate achievement and show stature in the food, beverage or hospitality industry.
Women who support the Les Dames d’Escoffier International Mission, Vision and Basic Values.
Women who meet LDEI’s ethical standards and have no undisclosed conflict of interest associated with their membership.
Annual Dues
The membership dues are $180 ($115 to LDEI International and $65 to our Chapter).
Application Requirements
To be considered for membership, please prepare the following and submit each with your completed application below.
Up-to-date résumé, CV or current LinkedIn profile
Letter of reference from a Dame (New Orleans or any other chapter)
A personal statement detailing how you will contribute to the Chapter (500 words or less)
Brief bio: 3-5 sentences to be used for member introductions and other communications
