Les Dames d'Escoffier International brings together accomplished women from across the food, beverage and hospitality industries who are passionate about advancing their professions, supporting one another and making a meaningful impact in their communities. Women with at least five years of professional experience are invited to join a dynamic network of leaders dedicated to mentorship, lifelong learning, philanthropy and celebrating excellence in all areas of hospitality.

Prospective members must:
Have at least five years of hospitality experience

Complete and submit an application along with required documents and assets

Provide one letter of recommendation from a current Les Dames d’Escoffier member

Applicants are evaluated on the basis of leadership, merit, ethical standards, and professional reputation. Each application is voted on by the membership committee and new members will be notified via email of their application status.
All members are expected to support the Les Dames d’Escoffier International Mission, Vision and Values and abide by the organization’s Code of Ethics.
